“ Eat'n a lot of sushi in my life ....not bad for the small town. Service was outstanding! Only reason I gave a 4/5 on food was two fold: fry oil was under temp ...deep fried items were greasy. And second, I'm thinking they're not making their tempura batter in real-time. Thin and not crispy. (ice cubes and a bit of baking powder maybe needed?) I'll come again. (w/tip .... ready?.... 500 for 3 people!) ”

“ Went here for a date night, had never been there before. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! Highly recommend the walu walu, heavenly, lollipop rolls and the octopus ceviche. The only thing I would mention is that the communal booths on the right are very tight so you are right next to the people sitting next to you, not much privacy for a date night. Next time I would request another seat. But other than that it was wonderful and we will definitely be back! ”

“ Finally giving this place a try as I'm a newbie sushi lover. I've hearsd tons good things about Blue Samari. We were a party of 4 and had a reservation. The place was packed! We had plenty of time to view the menu and the other people in my party had already ordered some appetizers. I am one of these "annoying "people who has food allergies so we were waiting to hear back about possible allergens in the appetizers. Unfortunately it took her a really long time to get back to us with that Info, so by time she did the appetizers were already cold. Other than that everything was truly amazing. Presentation was great. Fish was exceptionally fresh. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Will definitely be back! ”

We started our night at Saketome in Bigfork and left after having a single roll to come over to Blue Samurai, which is the best sushi place around hands down! They bring everything in so fresh. We’ve tried all the local sushi spots and will only ever come back to Blue Samurai. The staff are always so inviting and awesome! If you are looking for the best sushi in the valley, don’t go anywhere else besides here! ”
